Astoria was founded in 2009 in Concepcion, Chile, focused on creating the famous Chilean sandwiches. Using a traditional recipe handed down from generation to generation, Astoria’s now-famous Chilean Sandwich has become a marketing sensation in our home country. Our customers craved the extra portions found in the traditional Chilean Sandwich, which featured the country’s finest beef, melted cheese, fresh avocado, and tomatoes, topped with a special Astoria dressing.
Bruno was pleasantly surprised and overwhelmed with the enthusiastic response Astoria received. Customers flocked to Astoria, setting sales records beyond what was experienced in their successful first year. Today, Astoria now has 22 locations throughout Chile.
Flush with Astoria’s branded menu’s enthusiastic success, Bruno is taking his famous Chilean Sandwich around the world, establishing Astoria franchises in Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Mongolia, and the United States.
